Shipping All orders will be shipped using the Japan Post, final delivery by the recipient country postal service. All parcels shipped include a tracking number with insurance. Tracking informations are forwarded once parcels are shipped, along with a link to a tracking tool. In order to keep our sending costs as low as possible, our preferred shipping method is to send "small packet", which can't exceed 2kg and the sum of all dimensions smaller than 104cm. In the case your order exceeds 2kg, then it will be broken up into several packages. For some oversized items, we prefer to use EMS (Express Mail Service) Sending costs will be calculated according to your order and Japan post prices. We don't charge for packaging, handling, packing materials... For example : 1kg to America, Russia, Spain... is about US$15, 2kg to America, Russia, Spain... is about US$25, 1kg to Australia, Germany, Norway... is about US$23, 2kg to Australia, Germany, Norway... is about US$32

Delay and Delivery issues We prepare all orders as fast as possible. However, once the parcel has been sent, delivery time depends fully on the postal service and customs of your country. Please understand that from here, there is very little we or the Japan Post can do. We can only start implementing actions for a lost parcel after the allowable shipping time has passed, which usually is about one month. Please make sure your parcel is not waiting for you at your local post office. It is quite common to miss the delivery attempt notification if you were not available at the time of the delivery attempt.
Customs and Duty All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages which are refused due to VAT/duties.
Returns policy We will inspect every item before it is packed and shipped. We pack our items in protective materials to ensure that you will find your order in the same condition that we send it. However, in case your product is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and pictures of the damaged item. In every problem, there is always a solution.
